Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken breast, skinless boneless, raw
- 75 g Chicken heart, raw
- 400 g Sweet potato, baked in skin, flesh
- 250 g Potato, white, boiled, flesh only
- 150 g Green beans, raw
- 100 g Broccoli, raw
- 150 g Zucchini, raw, with skin
- 60 g Blueberries, raw
- 100 g Egg, whole, raw
- 5 g Fish oil (salmon oil), supplement grade
- 12 g Sunflower oil, linoleic (>=65%)
- 7 g Eggshell powder (finely ground, dried)
- 14 g Balance IT Canine (vitamin/mineral/amino acid supplement)
Method
- Cook the diced chicken breast and chicken hearts through in a large pot over medium heat.
- Scramble the egg into the pot, then fold in the sweet potato, white potato, green beans, broccoli, zucchini, and blueberries until warmed through.
- Off the heat, mix in the salmon oil, sunflower oil, eggshell powder, and supplement. Adding the supplement to a hot pot costs some of the vitamins it carries.
- Cool fully before portioning into meals.

Before you feed this
- Batchhound is a reference tool, not a veterinary authority. Nothing in it has been reviewed or validated by a veterinary nutritionist, and a recipe that passes every check here has not been approved by anyone.
- Do not feed a recipe built here to an animal without review by a qualified veterinarian or veterinary nutrition specialist who knows that animal.
- Ingredients often need preparation before they are safe to serve: removing bones, cooking meat, fish, and eggs, and rinsing to remove salt or pesticide residue. A nutrient figure says nothing about whether an ingredient is safe in the form you have it.
- Nutrient figures come from public sources such as USDA FoodData Central and from supplement labels. No one has independently verified them, and a real ingredient varies from any published average.
